It’s all about being unique nowadays. A lot of people try being original but fail miserably by either overdoing things or not doing them enough. Deciding to blow thousands of dollars on wheels, suspension and other stuff on a Nissan Maxima is already hard enough, but when Dean decided that he wanted to go the VIP route he got himself in even more trouble, or did he? Actually, he didn’t. This Maxima breaks away from your “typical VIP platform vehicle”, and in our opinion adds a nice modern touch to the VIP scene that we all know. We love it, and we’re honored to share it with you.

Car’s owner is Dean and he stays out in Sacramento, California. The car sitting on Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilovers and while it may not be the most extreme drop out there, it definitely suits the overall “classy” look, in our opinion. Dean is actually rockin’ 2 different sets of wheels for some awesome reason! On the passenger side (that you see in the photos above) this Maxima is sitting on VIP Modular VR-08 wheels and the driver side, the VR-11 line from the same company, VIP Modular. For those who are not familiar with VIP Modular Wheels, they’ve been in the automotive industry for over a decade now and have built quite a positive reputation, especially within the VIP community.
We constantly strive on bringing you fresh cars to your computers around the world, and this is definitely one of them. It may not be liked by everyone, but we are willing to bet that at least one, out of thousands of people that visit our site on daily basis will be inspired enough to get out there and not be afraid to do something different. The “aggressive wheel fitment community” as well as the “VIP community” can certainly use a fresh breath of air, don’t you agree?
Dean would like to give a big shout out to David Nguyen & Yuya Sano at VIP Modular for the best customer service in the wheel industry as well as the entire TNT Auto Family up in Sacramento, CA. TNT hooked Dean up with an awesome paint work as well as many other things. He also wanted to give props to Platinum VIP for all suspension & cambering work
Check out the awesome stretch & poke on this thing.
We would like to thank our photographer Patrick Huang for the great shots, as well as Dean for all the support from day one of our existence. He was one of the first people to buy our stickers! We’re always looking for cars to shoot & feature so wherever you may be in the world, if you think your car has what it takes to be on our site, feel free to shoot us an email with some pictures!
