Here is a car that we’ve been following for a little over 2 years now. It belongs to our friend KJ out of Georgia and chances are you’ve seen it before and don’t even know about it. For example, we showed it here on our site a few months ago though it looked completely different. KJ has been through several stages with his car, from extreme camber and stretch to the classic Enkei RPF-1 track setup, to the current setup which in our opinion is a perfect mix of form and function. From HOK kandy painted meisters and cages, to matte white 3m vinyl wrapping and now to the custom phantom blue pearl paint, this thing has been through it all. A lot of time and money going through stages, but that’s just one thing KJ loves about the scene. Keeping the creative juices flowing, staying with new ideas, changing it up and keeping things fresh!

The CCW setup has been “played out” for some time now, but for KJ it was still a setup he needed to try. He tells us that for him it’s the perfect match to entertain his “show” and “go” sides. They are 18×10 +51 up front and 18×11.5 +51 in the rear CCW LM20’z wrapped in 245/35 front tires and 285/30 rear tires. The 285’s are bit overkill KJ says, but aesthetically they make a “stock bodied” S2000 look unreal! Suspension wise it’s running Buddy Club n+ dampers, SPC ball joints, swift front sway bar & megan rear axle spacers. It’s also got GT motoring challenge ss brake lines & rotors as well as Hawk HPS pads!
KJ plans on boosting the car again by running a greddy turbo kit with walbro 255, fuel rails/fpr and plenty other stuff! Exterior looks amazing with a fresh coat of custom “phantom blue” pearl paint! Up front sits the stylish ASM style front end paired with chilicoke side diffusers and m-racing type I mirrors. Future plans consist of a hardtop and rear diffuser! Fun fact: KJ is rocking one of the very first StanceNation stickers that were ever made! Big thanks to him for that!
Interior doesn’t have any drastic changes but it does sport a Momo competition wheel with NRG hub & QR tsw countersunk knob. KJ also did some upgrading to the audio setup with a kicker audio; custom enclosed 10″ compVR, tweeters, components & amps.
Big thanks to photographer Richard for shooting KJ’s car for us as well as KJ himself for the support from the very first day of our existence. We’re looking forward to seeing more of this beautiful S2K in the near future. Make sure you email us at snfeatures@gmail.com if you’ve got a fresh ride!
