Our friend & photographer Emil Corpuz had a chance to meet up with a few Scion fellas (Danny, Aaron and Marshall) back in Hawaii just a few days ago, and since Emil took about 30 shots we’ll break this into 3 individual pieces and one last set of all 3 cars together. First up is Danny Castillo’s ’05 Camo Green xB. These cars really don’t require much to look good, so most of the stuff done to this one is relatively straight forward. While more focus was dedicated towards sitting right, Danny definitely did a great job making sure his xB looked fresh as well. Let’s take a closer look at it below shall we?

This sexy box is sitting on the legendary AME Shallen LX’s in 17×8.5 (+17) up front and 17×9.0 (+11) in the rear. It takes more than just the right set of wheels though to sit right, right? Well, Danny decided to go with the universal bags (front tanabe coil-over struts) with Accuair VU4 solenoid valves that dropped his car just enough to tuck majority of the tires inside the fenders. Once that was all set and done, One Ton Garage (otg) -3 rear camber plates were added which gave it the perfect fitment you see above.
You can view many more pictures of Danny’s ride below, but we strongly urge you to check out this short video of our soon to be “official videographer” doing work and covering the photoshoot as it’ was happening. Big thanks to the homie Timmy Bantolina for always taking care of us!
Rest of the car was pretty much untouched other than the Kenstyle front lip kit and the Oratara front face finisher. Check out the sick finish on those Shallen wheels! Oh so beautiful…
While we would love to spend more time telling you all the obviously wonderful things about Danny’s xB, we actually have to go back to the drawing board and start the write up of the other xB’s that came out. We would like to thank Emil, Timmy and Danny for making this happen. Danny asked us to give a big shout out to Spellbound c.c., Dohcresearch.com, Style RV, Forjworks & APgarage for all their help and inspiration. Stick around, you’ll love Marshall’s and Aaron’s rides just as much. Aloha everyone!
