Gatebil Festival…what is there to say about this event that hasn’t been said already? Just imagine waking up by the sound of thousands of horsepower on a hot sunny day where pretty much all the people are there for the same reason as you; to enjoy everything that automotive world has to offer. That’s at least what I think about Gatebil. For many, it’s known as “the hottest track day festivals in the world” and it truly is one of a kind. The numbers might be off (+ or -) by a bit but they say that somewhere around 100,000 car enthusiasts from all over the world visit the Gatebil festivals (located both in Sweden and in Norway) throughout their 6 events. The track is open from 8AM to 6PM and people are literally driving all day long, that’s if your car is still working after the 1st round that is. My favorite thing to capture is of course all the show cars that are parked next to the track so sit back and enjoy some of the stuff I captured!
